Love With Food

Love with Food is a food subscription box that offers both home food box plans and office meal box plans. The boxes are available in three options; the tasting box, deluxe, and gluten-free.

Each box contains an assortment of healthy snacks that are suitable for the entire family or for your co-workers. The boxes are shipped on a routine basis, at the rate of one box per month. You can also order other box sizes, gift boxes, or other assorted boxes throughout the year on the Love With Food Site.

What Makes this Box Different?

You may be wondering what makes this box different from the other snack boxes on the market. Several factors set Love with Food in a different category and above the rest of the subscription boxes out there.

The Love with Food commitment is that with each box purchased, 1 or more full meals are provided to hungry children. This means that while you are offering healthy and organic snacks to your family or office, you are also offering a healthy full meal to a hungry child. You also receive points for each box that you order. These points can be redeemed for boxes in the future.

In addition to the meal donation, you also have an ability that most subscription boxes do not offer. You can purchase other boxes through the Love with Food website at any time during the year.

Though these boxes change throughout the year, they do give you the chance to send boxes as a gift, offer a king size box to your office break room, and even order one specific snack if you find that you love it that much.

Ordering Options, Billing, and Shipment

The ordering options of the Love with Food subscription box vary depending on what you are getting. You should note that there are three box sizes on the regular monthly subscription plans.

If you want to order a specific item, like the Brownie Brittle, you will be ordering that item in bulk at the amount of 20 bags per order. Prices do vary, and points can be used towards the purchases.

Box prices start at $9.99 before any discount codes or points. This is for one box, on the once a month subscription plan. Prices increase depending on the size of the box.

The Good and Bad

The box arrived just as the shipping information stated it would. The snacks are individually sealed and ready to go. The box ships in its own box, meaning that it does not come as a box within another box.

The office box was a great way to spread the word about the box. Keep in mind that anyone who orders their box, using your referral code, gives them a discount on the first box and gives you a referral fee as well to use for your own subscription or other boxes.

Runner Crate

Runner Crate is the go-to subscription box for people who are into running. You do not have to be a marathon runner, though the box is geared toward having a marathon in a box.

You can be a beginner runner, starting a 5k plan, or you can be a long distance and marathon runner that just loves the lifestyle. The Runner Crate subscription box is a monthly subscription and contains three categories of items. You get snacks that are geared for runners, gear that is geared for runners, and bling geared for runners.

So you get to feed your running lifestyle, support it through tech and gear, and lavish yourself a bit with the bling that Runner Crate offers.

What Makes this Box Different?

Runner Crate subscription boxes stand out because they are specifically geared for runners. They are not your typical health and fitness box. The items in the box are designed to actually improve your running, no matter what level you are currently at with your running.

Everything is thought with specifically running in mind, though it can be used for other fitness endeavors and routines. The gear also works for both indoor and outdoor running. Items in past boxes have included shoe lock shoelaces, full-size snacks and drinks, energy powders, and even foot balm for sore feet.

Ordering Options, Billing, and Shipment

Runner Crate offers several ordering options. The first thing to know before you choose your box is that you will be billed for the next month’s shipment. What this means is that if you order during March, you will be billed at the time of order, but you will not receive your box until April.

The box options are fairly simple. There is only one size. However, you can choose to pay by the month, every three months, every six months, or for the whole year. They do offer what is called the Mini Warm Up Crate that is good for people who are new and just want to try out the subscription.

This mini box is a sample box and will not have the items that the standard box contains, but it does give an idea of what to expect and is good for gift giving as well.

The Good and Bad

If you are looking for an overall fitness subscription box, then this may not be for you. However, if you are looking for a box that is for runners and keeps your running in mind, then this is the one to pick.

It will contain a good deal of protein items and fuel snacks. Your gear tends to be things like light up lanyards for early morning or evening running as well as laces and other small items. Items do ship on time, and the box does arrive securely.

Farm Fresh to You

Organic fruit and vegetables sound like a great idea in theory. However, that may not be as easy for people who live in big cities where you are limited on what you can get.

You may also be in a rural area where you have one main grocery store, and that store isn’t exactly full of variety. If you are trying to go with a pure, clean diet, then Farm Fresh to You may be the ideal method of getting the foods you need.

The box is delivered directly to your home or office. The Farm Fresh to You box is available weekly, every two weeks, every three weeks, or every month. It is up to you.

What Makes this Box Different?

Several things make the Farm Fresh to You box stand out from others. One of the major differences is the ability to customize the box from an already wide variety of box themes. For example, you have a choice of six boxes.

These boxes are no cooking for raw eaters, fruit only, vegetable only, snack box, traditional CSA, and mixed fruit and vegetable. Once you choose that box, you can then make other adjustments to customize the box.

The second aspect that makes the Farm Fresh to You box different is the ability to have it sent to your home or office and have it sent once a week, twice a month, three times a month, or once a month.

You can also set the size of the box. So if you are on a fully vegan diet, then you can choose the large box that feeds a family of 4 to 6 and has that box delivered weekly.

Ordering Options, Billing, and Shipment

There are several ordering and billing options. Boxes take about two weeks to start on a routine shipment, so if you order it today, it will take about two weeks to receive then weekly or routinely after that depending on the routine you choose.

You are billed at the time of your order. The shipments are sent on a dry ice shipment, so your food arrives fresh to you just as if you went to the local farmers market.

The Good and Bad

The ideal option for most people is going to be the weekly delivery option for the larger box. This is ideal for most people and will fit most budgets. The drawback to this box is the availability.

It is a box that is primarily for major cities and more well-known zip codes. It is not available in some areas, though the areas do seem to be expanding. The boxes are also not mealed ready.

This means that you have the fruits and vegetables, but it is up to you to figure out the meal planning as opposed to a box that is geared for organic meals and has the recipes and items you need for that meal.

Paleo Life Box

The Paleo lifestyle seems fairly easy at first. You know that you are eating clean and eating items like organic beef and vegetables. You also may know that you don’t use items like regular flour, but instead, use coconut flour.

You also limit your starches to things like sweet potato rather than white potato. These aren’t the only adjustments though, and some of the adjustments that you may make to go on the Paleo diet may be a bit much depending on where you live.

You may have issues finding the right foods you need and creating a meal plan that works for you. With that in mind, you may be looking for the ideal option, and Paleo Life Box may be just that.

What Makes this Box Different?

The aspect that sets this box apart from other Paleo boxes is that it guarantees three main things. The first thing it guarantees is that you will always have at least three new snacks in every box.

Each box will also have at least eight to ten full-sized snacks. The third guarantee is that all the snacks are 100% Paleo friendly. The boxes do offer a variety, and they do offer the chance to try paleo snacks that you may not know are out there.

This also gives you the chance to try snacks that you can order online and gives you options to offer to your kids and work them into the paleo lifestyle as well.

Ordering Options, Billing, and Shipment

The Paleo Life Box is a fairly straight forward traditional style of subscription box. The box comes in one size. It is delivered once monthly, and you are billed at the time you order.

The only real choice that you are given with the box is the ability to pay for your subscription monthly, every three months, or every six months. Once you choose the subscription type, you are billed for that at the time of ordering.

The boxes will come once a month regardless of the billing option you choose. The box is shipped in its own container like most traditional subscription boxes.

The Good and Bad

There are several good points to the box in that it does give you a variety of snacks and it is delivered regularly. The bad points are really based more on what you are looking for. This is a snack box only.

There are no meal plans, and the snacks are full size, but there are only 8 to 10 of them. If you are looking for snack options that fit a Paleo diet, you are already on or a meal plan you are using then this box is ideal.

If you are looking for a more Paleo centric meal plan subscription box, then the Paleo Life Box may be a good supplement, but you will need to take on another subscription box that is more meal centric not snack centric.

What Is The Love With Food Health Subscription

Fab Fit Fun

Fab Fit Fun is one of the more common subscription boxes. Most people have heard about it, and it is even endorsed by several celebrities and reality show actors.

Though people, including yourself, may know about the box what you may not know is what the box is and what you can expect from the box. In fact, one of the more common points of knowledge about the Fab Fit Fun box is that the items are all full sized.

Beyond that point, you may not know much. Here is what I found out from trying the box and digging into what it is all about.

What Makes this Box Different?

One of the key aspects that make this box different and stand out from other boxes is that it covers all aspects of your daily life. It gives you something for fitness, something for fun, and something to make you feel fabulous.

In recent boxes, subscribers received full-sized luxury candles, throw blankets and Burt’s Bees products. The idea is that the box covers your daily life and gives you a little bit of indulgence for each aspect.

It appeals to busy moms; career-minded women, college students, and women who work from home. There is something for everyone with this box. That is what makes it stand out.

Ordering Options, Billing, and Shipment

The ordering options for the Fab Fit Fun box are pretty straight forward. You have the choice of the quarterly box which is about $40 per box or the annual subscription which is $179.99 before discounts and gift certificates.

The box is shipped four times a year on a routine quarterly basis. The boxes are also themed for the season and contain items for that season. For example, a throw blanket may be in the Fall or Winter box while sun care items may be in the Spring or Summer box.

The Good and Bad

Fab Fit Fun is the ideal indulgence box if you plan on only getting one subscription box for yourself or as a gift for others. The box has plenty of items to keep you busy, and all the items are name brands.

The bad is generally something that is based on what you are looking for in a luxury or indulgence box. The box is only a quarterly shipment. This may be a bit too far between shipments for most people. Also, the items are always a big reveal.

You do not know before you get the box what will be in that box. It is a surprise. You can cancel at any time which is good for someone who may decide that the box is not a good fit for them. Overall, the box is a great indulgence for someone who needs a seasonal pick me up.
